Here are some helpful things you should know:
- You’ll receive an email confirmation with your booking date and time.
- The email will come from a gmail address – email@example.com.
- The email has a link to place the appointment in your calendar
- You’ll receive 3 email reminders prior to the appointment. They’ll be 24 hours before, 1 hour before and roughly 5-10 minutes before the appointment begins.
- We’ll call you at the number you provided at the time you booked. Please be ready for your call to maximize the time for your benefit.
- If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
- If necessary, you’ll be able to reschedule the appointment via email, using the email confirmation we sent you.
